How much does it cost to install central heating

I am looking at buying a semi-detached 3 bedroom house in Oxford in the UK 
perfect Angel
and l wanted to know roughly how much it would cost to do these things:

1, with a worcester combi, 8 rads approx £3750 with certs

You may probably get all done for less than £5k if you DIY,

get a Worcester boiler ..max to pay £3500 ..to fit downstairs

no opening window ..an extractor .ballpark £2000 ..proper loft conversion

Loo = £1,500 = £3,000 (depending on access to drainage/waste pipes.

Loft = Impossible to tell - you may need the ceiling joists removed and  
new ones fitted to support the weight - look at anythnig up to £20,000
